Report of Active Shooter in Texas Walmart; SWAT Kills Suspect

Details are still limited in what was initially reported as an active shooter at a Walmart in Amarillo, Texas just after noon on Tuesday. Police identified the suspect as disgruntled Walmart employee, 54-year-old Mohammad Moghaddam. Moghaddam had not shot anybody, but he was holding at least one person hostage. SWAT responded and shot Moghaddam dead. This is being investigated as a case of workplace violence by a disgruntled employee, not an act of terrorism.
